Nejl\u00e9pe se k tomu hod\u00ed maso, vejce, s\u00fdry, o\u0159echy nebo tak\u00e9 sem\u00ednka! P\u0159\u00edlohy j\u00edme Vynech\u00e1vat p\u0159\u00edlohy u hlavn\u00edch j\u00eddel nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edme t\u00edm o zdroj pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch sacharid\u016f! Ale pamatujeme na to, \u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00ed doba je r\u00e1no. Bez v\u00fd\u010ditek si m\u016f\u017eeme dop\u0159\u00e1t sladkou sn\u00eddani. Kdy\u017e k na\u0161emu \u017eivotu pat\u0159\u00ed pohyb (fyzick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, pravideln\u00fd sport), jist\u011b b\u011bhem dne bude dost p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed energii nav\u00edc sp\u00e1lit!
